TO MAKE A BOOKING
We only take bookings over the phone or in person we do not accept bookings by email. All bookings are subject to a £30 non refundable deposit and all fees are payable on your pets arrival at Badgerswood. We accept most major debit/credit cards and cash we do not accept cheques.
Once your booking is confirmed you will be given a booking form to complete along with our full terms and conditions, please read them carefully.
The day of arrival and day of departure will be charged as a full day, with your pets accommodation being available from 08.00 - 18.00. If you need to bring your pet earlier or collect them later than these times please let us know as soon as possible and we will try our best to arrange alternative times. Please remember to bring your up to date vaccination certificates, these must be left with us every time your pet stays.
We are sorry but there will be no refund given if you collect your pet earlier than the stated departure date.
